Here we set out general standards of fee arrangements. You can choose hourly rate or fixed fees. Legal fees depend on several factors, including the amount of time spent on your problem; the lawyer's ability, experience, and reputation; the novelty and difficulty of the case; the results obtained; and costs involved. Fees Based on Claimed Amount

We charge attorney fees based on your claim or the amount you may benefit from. The following table shows the fees for first instance or arbitration, and it shall be calculated stage by stage accumulatively. If we act for the second instance, retrial, enforcement or judicial review procedure of arbitration, the fee can be reduced by half.

David was selected to attend the Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme for Chinese Lawyers (LCTS) which is organized by the Department of Justice of the United Kingdom and the Law Society of England and Wales. He participated in the 10-month lawyer training and only 13 lawyers were chosen. He also joined lawyer training programs in the United States and became fluent in English law. David usually represent overseas client or domestic client to deal with international trade, trade agency, international investment, maritime, construction, international financial settlement, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. His clients covers the industries of aviation, chemistry, engineering, mineral, finance. David has got considerable recognition from the clients for his professionalism and diligence. David was awarded as one of Rising Star of Chinese Lawyers and later one of the Growth Drivers by China Business Law Journal in 2023.

David is the Partner of Shanghai SGLA Law Firm. David earned the Bachelor of Economics from Nankai University and Master of Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. David is selected in the First Batch of "Shanghai Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool" of Shanghai Law Society and is also admitted as ‘international lawyer’ by Shanghai Bar Association. He is part-time Professor of East China University of Science and Technology. In the meantime, David also acts as arbitrator in Guangzhou /Hainan/Nanchang/Nanjing Arbitration Commissions.
