David Li Successfully Completed Enforcement of CIETAC Arbitration Award in Germany for a Hongkong Client

In Feb 2021, a Hongkong Company entrusted an enforcement case in Germany to David Li for an arbitration award from CIETAC. David cooperated with German lawyers after engaging in this case and the case was administered by the Bavarian Supreme Court. After 12 months of endeavor, David successfully helped the Client recover almost all damages in a mediation.

David Li helped the Client to delegate an experienced lawyer and acted as the Chinese side lawyer to provide legal documentation and translation.
