Professional Experiences:

David has got an extensive professional knowledge and working experiences. He studied business management before studying law. He received the degree of Bachelor of Economics and Master of Law as well.  In 1999, he started working in administrative positions or as in-house lawyer at different large/listed companies. Since 2006 he works as a qualified lawyer.

David is familiar with the practice of international trade/FDI in China. His knowledge and professional experiences help him to be outstanding at cross-border commercial dispute resolution (i.e., mediation, arbitration and litigation). He often acts for clients at arbitration or litigation relating to international goods sales, FDI, cross-border transportation, etc. He is also very experienced at dealing with disputes regarding general commercial contracts, transactions of real properties, investment, etc.

In 2010 David attended the Lord Chancellor's Training Scheme for Chinese Lawyers (LCTS) in London. He was chosen as one of thirteen lawyers among many applicants from the whole country. During that one year training, he studied English law at SOAS of University of London, and had placements at different Solicitors and Chambers. Through the training, he has set up close connections with many lawyers from England and other states. In 2017 David attend American Law Training Program hosted by The Center for American and International Law (CAIL) to study American Laws.

David is capable of talking with English-speaking clients in a fluent way. He is competent to read and write English documents. David part-timely taught courses of law at schools. He often publishes professional articles in magazines or on the internet. He has been invited to be an guest arbitrator of Moot Shanghai for 6 years. By setting up two websites, and, David has been sharing lots of valuable practicing experiences and information with corporates.
